Bravo | Human Hair Lace Front Wig (Hand-Tied)
While average size wigs tend to fit about 95% of customers, you will find that quite a few wigs also come in petite and large sizes. Consider that many also have adjustable straps that give up to 1.5” so that you can achieve a comfortable and secure fit.
To determine the right size wig for you, measure the circumference of your head from the front hairline, behind your ear, to the nape of your neck, to your other ear and then back to the front hairline. Jot down your measurement then consult the table below. Please note that sizes may vary slightly by brand and that not all wigs are available in all cap sizes.

Step 1: Detangle
Before you wash, make sure you carefully detangle the hair using a wide tooth comb. Start from ends and work toward the root to decrease shedding.
Step 2: Rinse
Use lukewarm water and rinse from roots to ends. Do not soak as this can lead to tangling. Tip: If your wig is curly, try leaving the hairnet on
Step 3: Shampoo
Loosen shampoo in your hands and work through the hair. Distribute a small amount of shampoo evenly throughout the hair. Tip: Use circular motions to clean the cap
Step 4: Condition
A) For synthetic hair: Spray leave-in conditioner from the mid-shaft to the ends. Tip: Avoid the root or knots B) For human hair: Leave in for a few minutes before rinsing. Do NOT apply conditioner to the root. Tip: If dry or damaged, use a deep conditioner
Step 5: Rinse
Let lukewarm water flow in the same direction of the hair to avoid tangling. Squeeze and press the hair; do NOT wring. Tip: Towel blot to remove excess water
Step 6: Dry
A) For synthetic hair: Air dry on a folding wig stand Tip: Gently part the hair with a comb before wig dries B) For human hair: Blow dry about 80% and then round brush until smooth

$1,200 ART PROJECT
This is THE WORST wig I have ever purchased. It looks like a rat tail in the back it's so THIN! If I gather it up in a pony tail it's the size of a DIME. I'm not exaggerating! I spent the extra money to get the length, but what a joke. I'm going to have to ADD EXTENSIONS to get fullness. I'm sure I'll have trouble matching colors so I'll have to get some dye out as well. The color is totally off anyways. I ordered Chestnut and it looks auburn. While the back is super thin the sides are real thick and short. It frames the face starting at the chin. Not attractive on me thus why I didn't chose a different wig. I couldn't find anyone locally to cut or thin it because I didn't buy it from them. I did try the place I bought it from & they wouldn't take it back just for styling. Luckily YouTube helped me, kinda. Cut some lace but had some brown thread to try and hold it together. The KNOTS ARE HORRIBLY NOTICEABLE so the string blends in. I'm too scared to bleach and putting make-up on the part turns out looking awful. It arrived curly so I got my straighter out and was shocked to find SPLIT ENDS everywhere. And it has that RAZOR CUT look which really makes the split ends stand out even more. Not seeing that in the photos. Last but not least the LACE IS HORRIBLY STIFF and likes to roll under. Talk about scratchy and uncomfortable. After a couple hours the skin around my hairline becomes so irritated and red. HURTS! The manufacturer & Raquel Welch should be embarrassed!!!
Poor Quality Cap for Price
I was very excited to try this wig but the cap itself was very large, I have an average head size for reference. The lace-front went down to my mid forehead and I could pull the cap over my ear, so that the ear tabs were at my jawline. The lace front was constructed very well and looked natural. However, the hand-tied cap was not the finest quality, especially for the price. The hair knots (formed when sewing the hair to the cap) were very large, noticeable, and did not look natural. Each knot of hair was placed fairly far apart as well, that even moving your head could expose the cap. I cannot judge the quality of the hair as I returned the wig almost immediately, but as a first impression, the hair was very soft and seemed of good quality. In all, even if you have a larger sized head, I wouldn't purchase it due to poor cap construction. There are better wigs out there for a fraction of the price (I recommend Carrie/ Carrie Exclusive by Jon Renau).
I was disappointed to see this wig ...was expecting better quality. First of all the major problem is the cap is entirely too big. It is supposed to be an average ... It fits as a large. The lace front is very minimal... The monofilament top is not the most natural looking I've seen. The texture and thickness of the wig is basically a hot mess. I will have to take this wig and have it adjusted cut all kinds of things. Way too much hair here for the length ... it's not a balance it's a shag.
Not For Me!
I was so excited when I ordered my first human hair wig Bravo. I was so bummed out when it arrived. The color was not at all like the photos and the fit was one big clumpy mess. I knew before I even tried it on that it was all wrong for me. The color looks fake and the construction of the wig was very sloppy. I have returned it for another human hair wig by another brand.
Don't know why Bravo has so many positive reviews. The only nice thing about it is that the hair on the scalp is closer together than with Raquel Welch's Knockout - so you can't see the hand tied knots quite as clearly. Since it is a full hand-tied cap it's rather formless. It tends to have trouble keeping its shape compared with other wigs. I don't think Raquel Welch makes very good lace front wigs either - they should stick to non-lace front and make a higher quality Knockout by inserting hair closer together on the scalp. Knockout is also layered better than Bravo. I did layer it myself and cut bangs into it because I like bangs - but this wig is better for those who don't want bangs at all.
