Ordering

Orders are captured in our system immediately.

We do our best to process your order on the same day it’s placed!

Therefore any changes to an order we will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee.

Orders may take between 1-2 business days to ship out.  

Once shipped, orders will arrive from USPS with delivery confirmation or signature required.

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays and additional charges.

(Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.)

Return/Exchange Policy 

We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products:

Worn, Brushed or Damaged items are not eligible for return.

Returns must be in original packaging with tags attached.

Last call items are a final sell and not eligible for return or exchange.

Please email us for an RA (return authorization before returning the item to us or items will not be accepted and returned to you) Please get tracking & insurance when returning your items to us. 

A return handling fee will be applied for all products returned for refund.

Once your item is returned, you have two choices: 

  • Store Credit – $0 fee if you return your item for store credit to be used for a future order(s) minus the shipping fee.
  • Return for Refund: Handling Fee is$50 for synthetic hair or $200 for human hair returned. Shipping costs are not refundable.

We will process your refund within 1-2 business days from receiving your return. Please keep in mind your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account.

Backorders:

Occasionally backorders occur when requests for a particular item exceed available inventory.

If a backorder occurs on your ordered product, we will contact you via email with the estimated arrival date of your product and you will be given the option to: (1)select a new item, (2) request to be placed on a priority waitlist to receive the product once it becomes available for shipment (please note we will complete the charge to the payment method used with your original order), or (3) cancel the original order with no penalty.

We will promptly ship item(s) once they become available and let you know it’s shipping via email.

We accept all major credit cards & PayPal*

All Credit Card charges will appear as Strut Hair Solutions.  Packages will ship from Strut Hair Solutions or the wig manufacture.

* In order to comply with PayPal’s best practices standards, all orders placed using PayPal will be captured within three (3) days of the order date.
