“I had a great experience in your store. Kayla made what could have been a very difficult time into one that was actually fun. Since I’ve just started chemo (for uterine cancer), I decided to get a wig early and not wait for me hair to fall out (it just started 2 days ago, so I’m really glad I acted when I did).

I went to one other store before yours, and while it wasn’t negative, I just didn’t get a positive, welcoming vibe. I had a close friend with me when I first entered your shop, with no appointment. “Me and my Mom found Strut Hair Solutions using Google. We were immediately greeted by two extremely friendly staff members, Marianne and Annette.

The selection offered was more than enough and everything was clean and organized. The vibe of the shop was exciting. From the music playing on the radio to the professional salon setup. Complimentary coffee and water were offered which really made us feel comfortable.

Annette was our hands on professional. She had lots of great tips for us and she had patience that is hard to find these days. Not only did we have great conversation but our time spent here was productive. We are new to the industry but she made things very understandable for us which is much appreciated.

Marianne was occupied doing various things that needed to be done for the store but she did not hesitate one bit to answer one of my many questions. She was very very knowledgable in her field and her experience was demonstrated by her quick, friendly answers.

“Wonderful customer service, extremely knowledgeable staff and a great variety of wigs. I have several synthetic wigs having lost all my hair due to chemotherapy treatments and over time the longer ones have become quite matted, they washed and conditioned one of them for a very reasonable price and it looks so much better! I just purchased a lovely real hair wig at a great price from Helena, it’s very comfortable and no where near as hot as my other wigs…and I get so many compliments!”
